These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, treatments, and purchases at Sisä Skincare™.
By booking an appointment or purchasing products or services, you agree to these Terms, our Cancellations and Refunds Policy, and all clinic safety standards.
1. Treatments and Bookings
All treatments are performed by qualified Registered Nurses or accredited practitioners. Bookings may require a deposit, payable at the time of scheduling.
Clients can manage bookings through:

2. Health, Safety & Conduct
Clients are required to complete all relevant medical and consent forms prior to their appointment. These forms are accessible via each client’s Patient Portal or through the link provided in their booking confirmation email.
Failure to complete mandatory forms may result in the appointment being rescheduled or cancelled, and standard cancellation terms will apply.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information, including medications, allergies, and previous cosmetic or medical treatments. This ensures treatment safety and compliance with professional standards.
For infection-control and safety compliance under NSW Health Infection Prevention and Control Guidelines (PD2023_025), children and guests are not permitted in treatment areas.
3. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (a “no-show”), will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
For prepaid treatments or package holders, the standard deposit for that service (typically $100 or $250 depending on treatment) will be deducted from the prepaid balance, charged to the saved card, or invoiced if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges or a requirement for full prepayment.
4. Payments & Refunds
All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Unopened retail products may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund in accordance with consumer law.
No refunds are issued for change of mind after a treatment has been performed.

5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to receive your full treatment. Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and your deposit forfeited.
6. Practice Changes
If Sisä Skincare™ must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to practitioner illness, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible and rebooked at the earliest opportunity. No cancellation fees apply in such cases, and you will be offered one complimentary, 20-minute LED session for the inconvenience, valued at $99.
7. Risk & Liability
All cosmetic procedures carry inherent risks. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that outcomes vary per individual and agree that Sisä Skincare™ and its practitioners are not liable for results beyond reasonable clinical control.
Clients must disclose allergies, medical history, and medications before treatment; failure to do so may void liability coverage.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and relevant health-records legislation.
Your information is collected and stored securely for booking, treatment, and communication purposes only. Our full Privacy Policy is available on request or via our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
