Sisä Skincare™ Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Sisä Skincare™, we aim to offer a premium experience to all clients, which requires careful management of our appointment schedule. To maintain fairness and accommodate all clients effectively, we have the following cancellation policy:

1. Notice Requirement

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This notice period allows us to offer your slot to another client on our waiting list.

How to Cancel/Reschedule: All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system which you can access via the link in your booking confirmation email from Timely. 2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment (a “no-show”), the following fees will apply:

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Any deposit made when your appointment was booked is forfeited. 

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations: These will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost. Any deposit made when your appointment was booked is forfeited. 

3. Prepaid Treatments and Packages

For clients who have prepaid for their treatments or purchased packages, any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees will be deducted from the prepayment or session balance.

Package Holders: If you cancel within the 48-hour window, one treatment session from your package may be forfeited in place of a monetary fee.

4. Repeat Cancellations

Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may result in the suspension of booking privileges. Clients who repeatedly cancel within the 48-hour period may be required to prepay for future appointments or may face restrictions on future bookings.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life is unpredictable. In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (such as medical emergencies, accidents, or illness), we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

6. Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, we will send reminder emails and/or SMS messages to clients 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. However, failure to receive a reminder does not exempt clients from the cancellation policy.

7. Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late to their appointment may have their treatment time shortened to ensure that other clients’ appointments are not affected. In these instances, the full treatment fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show, and the appropriate fee will apply.

8. Changes by Sisä Skincare™

In the event that Sisä Skincare™ needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness or equipment failure), we will notify clients as soon as possible. Clients will not be charged a cancellation fee in such cases, and we will offer the earliest possible alternative appointment time.

9. Refunds for Cancellations

If a client cancels an appointment in accordance with this policy, any prepaid amounts will be credited towards a future booking, or a refund may be issued upon request, provided the cancellation falls outside of the 48-hour window. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the 48-hour period or for no-shows.

10. Product Refunds

10.1 Returns Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

10.2 Refund Process: After inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Allow several business days for processing.

10.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and using a trackable service is recommended.

10.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving damaged or incorrect products for a replacement or refund.

10.5 Clearance Items: Final sale items are non-refundable.
