Studio Policies
Please arrive with clean, bare skin to ensure optimal treatment results.
In accordance with NSW Health clinical environment safety and infection control guidelines (PD2023_025), children and guests cannot be accommodated during treatments. These standards are in place to maintain infection control, ensure a sterile and compliant workspace, and protect client safety. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a calm, professional, and hygienic environment for all clients.
1. Appointment Reminders
We send reminder emails and/or SMS messages 48 hours prior to your appointment as a courtesy. However, not receiving a reminder does not exempt clients from this policy.
2. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure the full benefit of your treatment. Clients who arrive late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This allows us to offer your booking time to another client on our waitlist and ensures the smooth running of both our client and staff schedule.

Existing clients can log into their Patient Portal to view, reschedule, or cancel appointments: sisaskincare.dapplecrm.com/profile.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (a “no-show”), will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Future bookings may require full prepayment.
4. Unpaid Deposits or No Card on File
If no deposit was paid at the time of booking or no card is saved on file, the cancellation fee still applies in accordance with our 48-hour policy. In these cases, an invoice for the required deposit amount will be sent to your email for payment. This invoice must be settled before future appointments can be made or confirmed.
5. Prepaid Treatment Packages
If you have prepaid for a treatment or hold an active package, the standard deposit amount assigned to that treatment (e.g. $100 or $250, depending on the service) will be deducted from your prepaid balance, charged to your saved card, or invoiced to you if the cancellation or reschedule occurs within the 48-hour window. This ensures consistent fairness across all bookings, including those on packages or prepayment plans.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of genuine emergencies (e.g. medical issues, accidents, illness), fees may be waived at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
7. Repeat Cancellations
Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may have booking privileges suspended and may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
8. Changes by Sisä Skincare
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (such as staff medical emergencies or equipment issues), we’ll notify you as soon as possible and rebook at the earliest opportunity. No fees apply in these cases, and you will be offered a complimentary 20-minute LED session for the inconvenience, valued at $99.
9. Product Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the product is inspected (please allow several business days). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (tracked postage recommended). Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days for replacement or refund. Clearance and promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.
